Music and Meditation Interactive Workshop with the Nair Brothers

The Nair Brothers will begin with a guided meditation including a vocal workshop demonstrating how the voice can  be used to resonate with the musical notes of each energy centre. The latter part of the workshop will then turn playful when Rishi and Nirmal share the sweet sounds of their instrumentation to bathe you in soothing vibrations for a meditative experience. 

The Nair Brothers have been experimenting with Music and Meditation programs since their youth. In the tradition of Sahaja Yoga Meditation they do not charge for teaching meditation, so this workshop is free.
